Traffic Marshall / Banksman (NPORS or CPCS Certified)Harlow, Essex - Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities

• Safely direct vehicle and plant movement on a busy construction site
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and site personnel using approved hand signals
• Monitor site access points and control traffic flow to prevent congestion and accidents
• Assist with deliveries and ensure safe loading/unloading procedures
• Enforce site safety protocols and report any hazards or breaches

Requirements

• Valid NPORS (N403) or CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification
• Full PPE including high-vis, hard hat, gloves, and safety boots
• Previous experience in traffic management on construction sites
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
