The role focuses on network security and cloud infrastructure, with hands-on work designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Deploy and manage Palo Alto firewalls in Azure environments, ensuring security and performance. Implement network security policies using Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, and Global Protect. Configure Azure networking, including VNets, VNet Peering, Azure Firewall, and ExpressRoute. Administer PAN-OS firewalls, update firmware, manage policies, and analyse logs. Monitor network traffic, respond to security incidents, and conduct regular audits. Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and IT teams to align solutions with business needs. Maintain network documentation and recommend infrastructure improvements. Skills: Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Azure networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, etc.). Strong cloud security experience using Palo Alto solutions. Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell for automation. Knowledge of ADFS, SAML/SSO, and cloud-native security tools.
