Responsibilities Lead and supervise teams of paralegals on projects including document review and due diligence Brief and allocate work, oversee quality control, and provide day-to-day guidance and support Conduct pastoral and professional development conversations with paralegals Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and aligned with client expectations Contribute to the development of best practice guidance and training materials Liaise with external vendors and manage delivery against strict deadlines Collaborate with colleagues across the business to advance the use of legal technology tools such as AI-driven document review and automated drafting Support wider initiatives including business development, marketing and recruitment activities Candidate Requirements UK or foreign qualified solicitor (current practising certificate) or CILEX lawyer Proven experience supervising paralegals in a professional services environment Broad exposure to multiple disciplines (e.g. Litigation, Corporate or Real Estate) advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail Confident managing competing deadlines and multiple ..... full job details .....
