Job description: IMH Recruitment has an exciting permanent opportunity based in South Kirkby. The Role: Follow up on incoming enquiries and sample requests Process and resolve customer queries via phone, email and online chat system Increase conversion rates from quotes to orders Ability to cross sell other products where necessary Chase quotes within 48 hours and quote pot weekly Work with Area Sales Manager on sales forecasting and pipelines for the territory to build relationships in the area. Working with the Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for a region and will need to have knowledge of all quotes and follow-ups Ability to cross-sell other products Raise all opportunities within 24 hours Assist in achieving monthly sales targets Assist in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers Assist in creating visits for Area Sales Managers About You: Sales / Sales Admin or Customer Service experience Excellent telephone manner Knowledge of SAP (desirable) Confident with other IT systems e.g Microsoft Hours and Pay Salary dependant on experience ( 23,000 - 28,000 annually) Permanent Position Monday - Thursday 8:30-5pm Fridays 1:30pm finish 3 out of 4.
