The Role The HRBP partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Coach managers in commercial and functional environments to build team management capabilities. Support the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, probation periods, and exits.
