We are working with a well-respected charitable organisation seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their friendly, national HR team. This role is fully remote, with equipment provided, t=Key responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, with a particular focus on organisational restructuresLead or contribute to change management processes, including restructures, redundancy consultations, and TUPE where applicableCoach and mentor line managers to build confidence and capability in managing people-related issuesEnsure accurate and up-to-date case management documentation in line with best practiceWork collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent, high-quality serviceSupport the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidanceStay up to date with changes in employment law and advise accordingly What we''re looking for: Proven experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a charitable or complex, multi-site environmentDemonstrable experience supporting and advising on restructures and organisational changeStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceConfident working autonomously in a remote settingExcellent interpersonal, ..... full job details .....
