Work for a charity in Central London as a PA to CEO/Director General. Permanent - £34,043 - £36,043 per annum - Hybrid (2-3 days on-site). Role PurposeThe Personal Assistant (PA) will be responsible for providing a highly efficient, proactive, and confidential administrative service to the Director General.The PA will ensure that the Director General is supported in a way that enhances his ability to perform at a high level, coordinating complex diaries, handling communications, organising meetings, and providing general administrative support.The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience and skillsProven administrative experience, ideally at a senior management level.Significant experience of supporting Directors or senior leadership teams.Demonstrable diary management experience and the ability to manage complex schedules.Experience of working in a confidential environment, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.What we offerSalary: £34,043 - £36,043 per annum.Hybrid working. ..... full job details .....
