Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Treforest area

Working for an Automotive dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this volume Brand.

You can expect On Target Earnings of £60000 with a base salary of £22500 with the working hours of Monday to Saturday, with a day off every other week and a half-day every other week. 1 in 7 Sundays required remotely.

- Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off every other week and a half-day every other week. 1 in 7 Sundays required remotely for reporting purposes for a couple of hours, which will provide another half day off in the following week. 

Duties:

- Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
- Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
- Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
- Build a rapport with Customers 

Requirements:

- Have a previous experience within a Dealership environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
- Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
