The role:

• Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Helping manage routines, transitions, and communication needs

We''re looking for:

• Experience with autism (school, care, or personal experience)
• Calm, patient and consistent approach
• Someone comfortable working in a structured SEND setting

• Teaching Assistant

• Psychology graduate
