OverviewA leading international law firm is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its Risk and Compliance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role is based in London with hybrid working options and involves supporting senior risk and compliance professionals across the firm''s global offices.

Responsibilities

Advise on professional standards, ethics, regulatory compliance, data protection and conflicts of interest

Monitor and interpret changes in legal and regulatory requirements affecting firm operations

Draft and update internal policies, procedures and terms of engagement with clients and third parties

Maintain compliance registers and support firm-wide risk initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders across legal and business services teams

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with at least 2 years'' experience in legal compliance within an international firm

Strong understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and related regulatory frameworks
