My client one of the leading Main Dealers is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Service Advisor / for their Market Weighton Depot.Responsibilities of a Service AdvisorWriting orders for repair workMonitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.Up selling after sales servicesEnsuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Skills and Qualifications of a Service AdvisorExcellent communication skillsKerridge experience hugely beneficialSecond to none Customer Service skillsEnthusiasm and is hard workingSelf-motivated and a team playerPrevious Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantageMotor trade experience is essential
