Ensures that the pantry and the kitchen are well stocked at any given time. Oversees all the kitchen and culinary staff. Supervises to make sure that everything is done as well as it should be done. Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus and writing of food recipes that are to be used. Assigning the staff different tasks that should be done.
