This role offers the opportunity to handle a varied and high-quality caseload while contributing to the continued growth and profile of the department.The RoleYou will manage a broad range of family law matters, providing clear, supportive and outcome-focused advice to clients. The position involves both office-based and remote client meetings and requires strong organisational skills, excellent client care and a proactive approach to managing workflow and risk.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce and financial remedy proceedingsHandling children matters and applications relating to arrangements or disputes.Managing domestic abuse and domestic violence injunction casesAdvising on TOLATA claims and associated disputesDrafting legal documents such as Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.Meeting clients both in-office and remotely, as requiredMaintaining strong financial control, including billing, cash flow and compliance with internal proceduresSupporting colleagues during absence and contributing to collaborative team workingEnsuring risk and file management procedures are followed consistentlySupervising junior fee-earners where appropriateAbout YouYou will be a capable, confident family law practitioner with strong communication skills and a client-centred ..... full job details .....
