client of mine is winning more wonderful Education clients in the top end Secondary Schools market and hence needs an additional brilliant Chef Manager to join them! My client is highly driven and fast paced so hence I need someone who is high energy, able to move at speed, very food focused and commercial. This true independent contract caterer ( one of the rare true independents left!) boasts some of the enviable education clients in and around the M25. My clients have pastry chefs for instance in some of their schools so the quality of food is what they are proud of and known for. I need someone who can think on their feet and is a strong finisher, good with the less exciting stuff like compliance as well. My client would love someone who has their own ideas and is happy to identity problems in any sites and come up with suggestions of a solution.
