This role will see you manage a busy email inbox, greet visitors to the office and direct incoming calls when required. You will organise supplies for the office and its general upkeep and provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior team. You will be responsible for sending written communication in addition to dealing with incoming mail and general enquiries. You may be involved in arranging meetings and minute taking.What you''ll need to succeed This role will require you to have strong skills in Microsoft 365 packages, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook. You will assist with financial administration tasks such as processing payments, collating invoices and reconciling banking, which will require you to have numeracy skills and strong attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
