HEAD CHEF Exciting news, Sofia s Tapas and Bistro is coming to Hunstanton. Incorporating a bar for cocktails, wine, beers and refreshing drinks, a fresh, cosy, vibrant new and unique concept adding flavour to our lovely coastal / seaside town of Hunstanton. We are on the lookout for an experienced, passionate Head Chef to embrace this new project. The start date is yet to be confirmed as the extensive fit out works are currently underway, we are hoping for the successful candidate to be available from beginning of September ready for opening soon after. The ideal candidate would have previous Head Chef experience, but we will also consider candidates that have been second in command but feel ready to take on the next step.
