This role requires UK classroom experience and a UK-recognised teaching qualification. You will be working closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering tailored support and fostering a positive learning experience.Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, engagement, and progress.Work closely with support staff, families, and external professionals to create and implement effective learning plans.Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.Support the development of pupils'' communication, literacy, and emotional regulation skills.
