An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast-growing global social enterprise for an experienced Product Owner to join their team. They''re looking for someone who can shape the product roadmap, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that have a real global impact. In this role, you will define the product vision, oversee the development of digital solutions that are accessible, scalable, and user-friendly, and act as the key link between strategic partners, linguists, and commercial stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of a diverse, international user base.Role and Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business and user needsTranslate requirements into clear, prioritised product backlogsLead discovery, design, and delivery of new features and enhancementsCollaborate with engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-quality releasesMonitor adoption and performance, driving continuous improvementsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunitiesSupport integration of AI-driven tools to enhance servicesEngage with users and stakeholders to validate product changesTrack KPIs and present updates to leadershipEssential Skills and Experience

Minimum 4 years\'' experience in a product management or product ownership roleBackground in data and technology, digital, or marketplace platformsStrong experience in data and analytics, with commercial and business acumenProven track record of effective project management, ideally with lean/agile principlesExperience developing and leading high-performing teamsSkilled in report writing, strategy development, and presenting business casesKnowledge of monitoring financial forecasts and growth insightsPackage
