We''re working with a forward-thinking consultancy seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to take a leading role within their infrastructure division. This is a standout opportunity for someone who wants more than just delivery work - a position where you''ll influence strategy, lead projects, and play a key part in the continued growth of the practice.

You''ll be at the forefront of delivering highways, drainage and flood risk schemes, working closely with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders to drive projects from concept through to completion. Alongside hands-on technical delivery using tools such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD and drainage design software, you''ll also mentor and support junior engineers, helping to shape a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

This role is ideal for a Chartered (or near Chartered) Civil Engineer with around 8+ years'' UK experience, a strong understanding of infrastructure design standards, and a natural ability to lead, communicate and build trusted relationships.
