Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to support children in a primary school setting£ A friendly and inclusive school in Eastbourne is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team in a long-term role starting September 2025.

Whether you''re an experienced TA or looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing teacher training, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
• Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom activities
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and engagement
• Promote positive behaviour and help create a supportive learning environment
• Provide general administrative and classroom support as needed

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (in school or other settings)
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow teacher guidance and contribute ideas when needed
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
