ROLE OVERVIEWWe are currently recruiting for a leading in the gene therapy company based London, UK who are seeking a Senior Scientist – Bioassay Development. This role offers the chance to work with a pioneering organisation focused on advancing gene therapies.As the Senior Scientist – Bioassay Development, you will play a critical role in the development and application of in vitro potency assays for gene therapy products, particularly those involving AAV.Responsibilities

Design, develop, and qualify in vitro potency assays suitable for product release for human clinical trials.Lead the development, execution, training, and troubleshooting of bioassays, ensuring high standards of laboratory practices.Collaborate closely with research, clinical teams, and external collaborators to ensure successful project delivery.Support the Regulatory team by providing technical expertise for regulatory submissions.Role Requirements
