Person Specification

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), or from a strong financial/commercial management background.

  • Proven experience within FM, maintenance, or reactive works environments.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage high-volume, low-value projects.

  • Excellent leadership skills - able to coach, mentor, and motivate a developing team.

  • Strong communication skills, confident in client-facing settings.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment while maintaining accuracy and control.

  • Self-starter, proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to deliver results quickly.

Package

  • Salary: Up to £65,000

  • Car Allowance: £8,000
