With eight UK locations supporting a wide range of companies across FMCG, Aerospace, Water, Automation, and Metals Manufacturing, the UK business now generates £40 million turnover.Having made a number of acquisitions, this company have been able to develop their bespoke engineering services over the last 10+ years. Now the business is aiming for 10% growth, and as such have been reviewing their internal capability.As a result they are looking to recruit an Operations Manager with immediate effect.The RoleThe role of Operations Manager is a newly created position for the business. Taking on an established team of 40 across engineering, operations, and sales, this role is critical to driving and achieving company growth targets.
