Mechanical Contracts Manager

to work for a leading MandE Contractor, based in Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland. Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + van / fuel card / package. Client: Established MandE Contractor leading the way throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland for half a century. The business is well equipped to achieve excellence in innovation, quality and delivery in every project they carry out. They work across various sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and industrial. They have a great opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in Warrenpoint with site visits in Dublin. The role will be split between the office and site. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any given time; projects are varied across multiple sectors. Most of their projects are in Dublin, and the role will require regular site visits on a weekly basis. The rest of the time will be spent in the Warrenpoint office carrying out necessary paperwork.Responsibilities

Degree qualified or other relevant qualificationsExtensive experience working as a Mechanical Contracts ManagerCSR CardFull clean driving licenceAble to manage multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent management skillsGood IT skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft OutlookWilling to travel to Dublin a few days a week for site visitsHow to apply
