Site Engineer – 12 Month FTC

What will you be doing?

As our Site Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated on-site team, ensuring our automated systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and supporting electrical/mechanical systems.
• Resetting equipment errors and supporting operational performance.
• Following health and safety protocols and risk assessments.
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Participating in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work a rotating shift pattern (0600–1400 & 1400–2200), covering 16 x 5 x 365 operations, so flexibility is key.

What do you bring to the table?

You are someone who:

• Holds an engineering qualification (NVQ, B-Tec, C&G, HNC/ONC).
• Has solid experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Understands automation and control systems.
• Is confident using CMMS and MS Office.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
