This role requires a minimum of two years experience within the new build sector.This role is suited to a strong Site Manager with a background in volume residential developments, responsible for managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring high standards of delivery across all aspects of the build.The RoleYou will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of a live residential site, ensuring work is delivered on programme, within budget, and to required quality standards.Working as part of an established site team, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, and ensure all works comply with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations on a residential developmentEnsure compliance with NHBC standards and building regulationsMaintain high standards of health and safety on siteDrive programme delivery and key build milestonesManage subcontractors and coordinate site activitiesOversee quality control and snagging processesManage site logistics, materials, and deliveriesCarry out site inspections and reportingEnsure smooth handover of completed plotsRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager in house building / residential developmentsStrong knowledge of NHBC standardsValid SMSTSCSCS Black Card (Manager level)First ..... full job details .....
