Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of a well-established Automotive Bodyshop who are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to assist their busy team in the Southall, Greater London area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
- Up To £29,000 Salary Dependent on Experience
- Monday To Friday Hours ONLY (40 Hour Week)

- Automotive Customer Service Background Required (Main Dealer, Bodyshop, Commercial - All Considered)

Requirements:
- A working experience within this role or similar
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
- Computer literate.
Duties:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle.
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Liaise with Insurance Companies
For your hard work as a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor our client is offering a salary of £29,000.
The hours of work in this position are Monday To Friday Hours ONLY (40 Hour Week)!
