Your responsibilities will include: Acknowledging and managing customer, supplier, and inter-company incidents within the Knowledge Management System (KMS). Ensuring accurate data capturing and maintaining relevant quality databases and metrics. Engaging with customers and suppliers to resolve issues effectively and support the disposition and credit process. utilising SAP for traceability data and generating costings for customer incidents.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage external and internal incidents, ensuring timely resolution. Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and follow up on supplier investigations. Prepare and submit customer scorecards for key accounts.
