Business Support Executive
We''re looking for a Business Support Executive to join us. You won''t be asked to just replicate old patterns of "EA" work, we''re looking for fresh thinking, adaptability and an action orientated mindset. There will be a fair amount of support and diary management, but you''ll also immerse yourself in our growth portfolio and seek out opportunities to get involved. Internally you''ll be know as Directorate Services Manager. What it''s like to work here You''ll join a collaborative community that values different perspectives and lived experiences. You''ll work closely with our Director of Experience and Revenue and their leadership team, and you''ll connect with other Directorate Services Managers and business partners to keep things integrated and moving with purpose. You''ll be encouraged to bring ideas, use technology confidently, and develop your skills through coaching and hands-on experience because curiosity and growth mindsets matter here as well as prior experience. There is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We''ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40-60% of your working week.
