We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children with a range of special educational needs (SEN) in a nurturing learning environment.

As a Special Needs Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and thrive both academically and emotionally. Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to SEN pupils

Assist with behaviour management and personalised learning plans

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to support progress

Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
