SLH Consult are partnering our client a developer who are looking to appoint a freelance site manager for a new project within Lincolnshire. The project will consist on 10 new build dwellings for private sale, managing the site from inception through to completion, with the site currently being at groundwork stage. The successful candidate will be a seasoned site manager within experience gained from working within the residential new build sector, you must be knowledgable within NHBC and building regulations and have a good eye for detail ensuring that quality is adhered too throughout the build. You must possess relevant qualifications being SMSTS and CSCS and first aid and be available to commence in March.
