Coordinate the delivery of designated study programmes across the College, including high-quality teaching, managing day-to-day operational matters, supporting exam invigilation and registration as required and ensuring a consistent approach across both sites where required. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning, encouraging them to stretch, challenge themselves, and achieve their full potential. Lecturers should demonstrate a genuine passion for their subject area and a strong commitment to developing students English, Maths, and broader employability skills.
