Weandrsquo;re seeking caring and dependable SEN Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Crawley and nearby areas. Youandrsquo;ll provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needsandmdash;helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
• Creating a calm, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence working across varied school settings
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
