We are currently seeking a HGV Trailer Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Transport and Logistics company based in the Manchester area.

The successful HGV Trailer Technician can expect a salary of up to £40000 with OTE of circa £50000 and working hours of Monday to Friday with overtime available.

- Salary: £38,500 - £40,000, plus overtime at x1.5, OTE: £50,000

Duties:

- Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

- Semi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience.
- Industry-standard qualifications such as City and Guilds or NVQs.
- HGV Class 1 driving licence
- IRTEC accreditation.
- EBS diagnostics experience
- Welding certification.
- Experience with axle manufacturers
- Tail lift training and experience.
- Experience with double-deck or lifting deck trailers.
