We are support a great opportunity for a Part-Time Building Manager to manage a MIxed Use Commercial Building in Reading, Berkshire. Working 2-3 days per week (on site) 9am-5pm (flexibility to support the business), this key position will support all key areas including: - Proactive Tenant Liaision Engagement, Communication and Support Driving Building Services Standards and Delivery Contract Management for all building services including plant equipment Managing major and minor works Budget reporting / monitoring Ensuring full site compliance across all areas Candidates will hold proven Facilities Management experience, along with ideally IOSH accreditation and contract management experience.
