• Assess student progress rigorously, providing timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as art clubs, exhibitions, or gallery visits.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Art & Design or a related field. ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Has demonstrated success in teaching Art & Design across Key Stages 3-5, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements.
• Possesses outstanding subject knowledge across various artistic disciplines and a genuine passion for fostering creativity.
• Is an exceptional classroom practitioner with effective behaviour management strategies.
