Enterprise Architect

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to work alongside a team of System Engineers in our Lincoln office, working on a transformational project which could change the landscape of defence. You will lead the development of an Enterprise Model, with support from the client and the wider MOD enterprise. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME), setting the direction of this transformative project, assisting the client in understanding the best way to roll out of a new capability across the wider MOD. The invaluable experience you''ll bring You will bring your experience working within the Defence sector to direct the development of enterprise-wide architecture and process to embed the strategic application of change in the roll out of a new capability. You will be the key to create this roadmap to guide long term enterprise transformation and lead the strategic case to enable a team of System Engineers who will develop a Business As Usual Plan and processes as a concurrent deliverable.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of an Enterprise Model with support from the client and the wider MOD enterprise.Direct the development of enterprise-wide architecture and processes to embed the strategic application of change in the rollout of a new capability across the MOD.Create a roadmap to guide long-term enterprise transformation and lead the strategic case to enable a team of System Engineers who will develop a Business As Usual Plan and processes as a concurrent deliverable.
Qualifications
Experience as Enterprise Architect, responsible for mapping out and rolling out a new capability across a large enterprise.Experience in the Defence Sector and an understanding of MOD.Experience in applying the NATO Architecture Framework (NAFv4) in Enterprise Modelling.
Desirable
Experience with MOD processes and procedures.Basic knowledge of the government Green Book process.Defence industry knowledge of EW systems.Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition).

A UK National and eligible to work in the UK.Have current SC-level security clearance.
