We need energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate individuals to bridge our business and technical teams to meet ambitious outcomes.You will have the flexibility to be based at any of our main office locations and will become a well-known face on our key contracts, including Sizewell C, HS2, CPS M25, and Smart Motorway projects, amongst others. The role reports to the Lead Solution Architect, will be embedded with our technical teams, and works with colleagues across IT and business teams. The Strategy and Projects team includes Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.What you''ll be doing

Architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable solutions across multiple technology stacks, working closely with technical and project delivery teams.Understanding business objectives and matching solutions to facilitate those objectives.Producing design outputs to support technical delivery teams and ensure improved service levels.Communicating with business and technology stakeholders to assist with IT project delivery and produce high-standard designs and documentation.Supporting business bidding and contract mobilization by explaining current capabilities, thinking creatively to meet client needs, and developing narratives around digital innovation.Supporting the migration of archaic systems to the cloud for efficiency, including data transfer and process migration.Addressing operational and cultural challenges of a mobile workforce requiring secure access from corporate devices across the UK.Staying updated on best practices and recommending service improvements.Making hardware and software deployment recommendations and contributing to architecture strategies and long-term roadmaps.Who we''re looking for

Experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining business applications and infrastructure, with at least one of the following: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365, OCI, or GCP, and relevant Professional Solutions Architect certifications.Ideally, experience delivering complex solutions in multi-supplier, multi-year, or multi-release environments.Knowledge or experience with identity integration, SSO, MFA, GDPR, security tooling, API integration, automation, networking principles, and client-side support activities.Why work for us
