compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker

to join our team in Rugby. You’ll be supporting a sociable young man with

cerebral palsy , who loves company and enjoys getting out and about. (there is a dog in the home so must be comfortable with pets)This is more than a support role – it’s about helping someone live life to the fullest.What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting with daily routines and personal careEncouraging social interaction and community activitiesJoining in with music, sensory activities, and hobbiesPromoting independence, wellbeing, and funDriving to outings and appointments (Full UK Driving Licence essential)What You’ll Need

Experience with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning disabilities, manual handlingA Full UK Driving LicenceA caring, patient, and sociable personalityWhat We Offer
