A large part of the business sits in the machine shop. But you don''t need to be an engineer, there are technical leads in place.
What they need is your strength across supply chain, warehousing, logistics & lean thinking.
You know how to make an operation flow, to spot what''s blocking it, and how to fix it without causing a storm.
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 are familiar territory.
You run a tight, safe & compliant site as operations manager.
The product ends up in critical applications, so health and safety, accuracy and quality are at the heart of every decision.
But this isn''t just about process.
It''s about people.

You''re an Operations Manager who can spot potential and bring it through.
Someone who gives their team space to grow but stays close enough to support.
