ROLE: Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience Manage incoming calls and general enquiries Ensure reception and communal areas are well-presented and organised Provide administrative support across the business as required Assist with basic office systems and equipment where needed Support event coordination and travel arrangements Maintain records, logs, and internal systems REQUIREMENTS: Srong team player with attention to detail and a passion for excellence is essential. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Professional, personable, and confident communicator. Proactive with a flexible approach to a varied workload.
