You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, effective budget control, and efficient support for operational teams. This is a key leadership role, overseeing a small team and working closely with senior stakeholders.As a Finance and Administration Manager you''ll:Manage all financial reporting and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reportsOversee payroll processing, labour tracking, and HR administration, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on timeReview and report on PandL statements, budgets, and forecasts; manage accruals, prepayments, and journal entriesMaintain financial and administrative trackers (e.g. costs, health and safety, training, leave, sickness)Monitor and support expense tracking across departments, ensuring cost controlManage contract accounts and invoicing procedures in line with Sodexo standardsPrepare financial data and benchmarking reports for all our stakeholdersLead and develop the finance and admin team, providing feedback and performance reviewsEnsure all recruitment documentation and vetting procedures are handled correctlySupport audits, maintain governance records, and ensure regulatory complianceAssist with site training matrices and development planningMaintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all documentation and communicationWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience in finance, administration, and HR support, ideally within corporate or facilities servicesStrong understanding of PandL management, payroll systems, and budgetingPrevious leadership experienceExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong IT and systems knowledge (experience with SAP, Power BI, Right Time, Kronos is a plus)Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentCommitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvementA finance-related qualification (Diploma level or equivalent) is desirableWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.Belong
