Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Site Lead / Supervisor to manage operations at a key client site in Wembley. This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer with strong facilities or maintenance leadership experience looking to step into a pivotal position within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.You will lead a team of three engineers (2 site-based, 1 mobile - all electrically biased) and oversee the delivery of hard services, including PPM, compliance, and contractor supervision. As the main point of contact for all FM activities on site, you''ll ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services on siteProvide leadership and support to a small engineering teamAct as the key contact for the client and internal stakeholdersCarry out and oversee routine mechanical PPM and reactive maintenanceEnsure compliance with statutory and company proceduresManage contractors and ensure adherence to work permit systemsMaintain accurate records, reports, and job closuresMinimise downtime of business-critical systemsPromote and maintain high QHSE standardsRequirements:Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (mechanical bias preferred)Experience in a similar FM or engineering supervisor roleFamiliarity with CAFM systems and maintenance planning toolsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsProactive, customer-focused, and calm under pressureAble to work ..... full job details .....
