As their Customer Service Administrator, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the friendly voice and driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you''re the go-to person for all customer needs.
- Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process.
- Process orders and returns quickly and accurately.
- Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude.
- Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service.
- Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business!

What we’re looking for:

- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and knows how to listen.
- A confident communicator who can build rapport and solve problems with ease.
- Solid experience in customer service or admin is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
