Walker Workforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a well-renowned precision engineering company in the Brownhills area of Walsall. We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Operative to join an established on-site team.

The Role:Working on a static day shift (early finish on Fridays)-You will assist with the movement and handling of materials across the facility whilst-operating various machinery-and equipment-helping the team maintain production while-keeping a clean safe working environment.

There will also be an occasional requirement to drive a flatbed pickup vehicle for ad hoc collections and deliveries, therefore a full clean uk driving licence and-experience of driving a company vehicle-is crucial.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar site maintenance / materials handling role
• Valid counterbalance forklift truck (FLT) licence
• Experience driving a company van/pickup
• Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Experience operating an overhead crane (not essential)
• Side loader flt experience (not essential)
