Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Braintree
Salary: £38,300 + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Training Opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No shifts • No weekends • No overtime • 1-hour lunch • 7.5-hour day • 37.5-hour week

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• General site and building maintenance
• Operating forklift trucks (training provided if needed)
• Welding tasks (desirable but not essential)
• Learning and developing refrigeration system knowledge as part of your progression
• PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
• Loading bay maintenance

  
  What We’re Looking For

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in a factory, warehouse, or distribution setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Forklift experience (or willingness to train)
• Welding experience (a plus, but not required)
