The role offers exposure to both residential and commercial disputes, as well as opportunities to support the wider commercial litigation team when required.Key Responsibilities Managing a diverse caseload including:Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)Residential and commercial property disputesBoundary disputesTOLATA claimsProfessional negligence claims relating to propertySupporting the commercial litigation team on broader disputes where neededRepresenting clients in advocacy where appropriateDelivering exceptional client service and managing client expectations effectivelyContributing to business development initiatives and ..... full job details .....
