You''ll work closely with the industrial design team to refine and prepare components for manufacture.Responsibilities, but are not limited toCollaborate with the industrial design team to translate conceptual designs into manufacturable 3D modelsRefine and develop existing SolidWorks models, working closely with Industrial Designers and products with high cosmetic demandsApply DFM principles to optimise components for injection mouldingConduct surface modelling to support both cosmetic and functional design elementsIdentify and resolve design issues from previous modelling workContribute engineering insight to early-stage concept development and proof-of-principle prototypesMaintain clear documentation of design iterations and decisionsAttend on-site meetings (minimum two days per week) to align with cross-functional teamsExperiences requiredProficient in SolidWorks for mechanical design and surface ..... full job details .....
