The role of a Labeller is responsible for verifying that finished pack labels, sleeves and outer case labels are correct meeting all legal requirements, in line with food safety and to the high quality expected by Dunbia customers. £13.00 per hour Available shifts: Shift A: Sunday 6am - 6pm, Monday 6am - 6.30pm, Tuesday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm Shift B: Tuesday - Thursday 6am - 2pm, Friday 6am - 6.30pm, Saturday 6am - 6pm Responsibilities Requesting labels or sleeves from the packaging storesChecking label reference number against price sheetSetting up labelling machinesAfter setting up labels, conduct first and second label check against price sheet, product specification, date coding schedule and product allergen listCompleting process sheetAt end of every production run, check and attach the last label to the process sheet Qualifications Have experience operating machinery within a manufacturing facilityUnderstand the importance of compliance with processes and procedures, and the impact of these of Food Safety and QualityMaintaining production and quality standards laid down by the business, whilst ensuring that they are fully trained on Lean Manufacturing Practice and Continuous Improvement ProcessesHave a desire to progress within the business and demonstrate a strong willingness to understand all training required Possess relevant IT ..... full job details .....
