What you will need to do in this role?2+ years'' experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a hotel or large-scale operationSolid knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety standardsA passion for hospitality and pride in delivering high-quality foodEffective communication skills and the confidence to interact across teamsA positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressureGood organisational skills and the ability to work independently when neededPlease note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.Additional Information
